[nsp] %DSX1-3-M32_MEM_ALLOC help

hi there,

just doing sanity check on the following issue which my customer is running
into. according to the error message decoder it appears to be a low memory
issue. what baffles me is that i have no config on this box and when i try
and change the config on this box i get malloc messages (see below). not
sure if this  has to do with the packet memory, dram or what.....but any
insight in this matter will be appreciated.
