[nsp] %DSX1-3-M32_MEM_ALLOC help

the image requires minimum of 128/16 dram/flash which i have and
unfortunately this particular box can do a maximum of 128mb dram...maybe i
am trying to push this box than it can handle.

Just reading the messages without doing any digging I'd say the box doesnt
have
enough memory to support the IOS you have.

Even without config it still uses memory to run all the basic processes..

Have you checked cisco.com for minimum memory on this platform and IOS?
