12.2(14) and 12.2(14.3) are different releases, 12.2(14.3) is an interim
build (built later than 12.2(14)) which is not available on CCO (you
need to contact TAC to get an interim). The next CCO image which
contains the fix for CSCdz51138 is 12.2(15). Please check
