Well, on 7200 with PA-A3-8E1IMA, we have problems which are similar to
following bugs: CSCdz21565, CSCdx66514, CSCdy36665.

With 12.2(7b) ATM1/0 is up, but with 12.2(13) it never goes up after
reload. If these are resolved in some interim build I will go for that,
but otherwise I'll wait.

CSCdz51138 (wrong ifOperStatus on ppp interfaces) is not that big
problem, and it is easily fixed in monitoring scripts.
