Not by looking at reverse DNS. Unless you heavily comment your zone
files, they won't hold enough information to do that job properly. If I
did allocate IPs based on reverse DNS, I'd just look at the zone files
with a text editor, which I'd have to do anyway while adding IPs/PTRs to
the files.
