1 6509 running two full BGP feeds with the hybrid IOS and 512 meg ram on
the MSFC2. No problems, although I'm disappointed that I have to buy a
new Sup 720 module for full policing functionality.

3 6509s with full BGP feeds here. Works very well for us. One of the
boxes, with 3 full views and several partial, currently has an uptime
of 42 weeks. All run native. We're happy.
