[nsp] Cant load ios??

Hi,
 I've the following platform - 7206/NPE-225(256Mb)/PA-2FE/IO-FE

am trying to reload 12.2(14)S3 having previously used 12.2(12)a

and I'm getting:

Why is the PA-2FE undefined and why wont it reload? NPE225/256 requires 
12.1(8)EC and it was ok on 12.2(12)a. Why not 12.2(14)S3 which is presumably 
incorporating 12.2(12)a ?

I've the time it takes to upload the original image to backout via console to 
work out if I'm to get this router upgraded tonight...
