[nsp] OT? Compact Flash software

I have all of the cisco instructions for upgrading the IOS software on the
router itself. I was wondering if there was a way to put a flash card that
I have into the PCMCIA slot of my laptop and setup the new IOS code on it.

Anyone have software reccomendations to do this sort of thing? Free
software would be ideal, or something from Cisco.
