[nsp] NM's failing on 3661

Hi All...

I have the following issues with a 3661 I have in the field...initially was
configured with (2) NM-HDV-2T1-48'S AND (1) NM-2FE2W. All NM's failed on the
3661...we pulled on of the HDV's out and it worked fine in a 3640.  I am
trying to determine if a bad HDV will hose the entire deal or if I have a
chassis issue.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
