[nsp] VTY Lockups?

Hello,

When I try to paste more than one or two lines of text into a router
telnet session, the session appears to lock up and my connection is
dropped.  I enabled nagle but that did not help.  This happens from a
number of different telnet clients.  Has anyone else seen this
phenomenon?   Thanks.
