[nsp] cisco GBIC 1000base-T

Sorry, I was thinking of 5482 which is an old 1000BaseT GBIC.
(WS-G5485 is/was a 1000BaseLX GBIC.)

shows that 5482 is not supported in all devices. But the new 5483 is with
proper software loaded.
