[nsp] Net Telnet Cisco PERL Script help

I'm trying to write a script to upload IOS images
to flash on 3700 series routers. I keep getting
timeout errors though. I was wondering if anyone
has some experience working with the Net-Telnet-Cisco
perl module and could lend some advice and/or
actually, sample scripts would be better. 

Ive spent a couple days looking through sourcefourge,
newsgroups, the web etc.  I've checked COSI, etc.
I'm not a programmer but I can see how it can be
addicting when your close to solving something. 

I think it would be useful if there were a place
where people could post their sample scripts...in
the spirit of the perl module. I'm happy to share
any other scripts that I have--just need some
help with this one.
