[nsp] "sh run" give me "Unable to read Configuration.Try Again later" HELP!

Check memory (sh mem sum), you've likely exhausted everything available.  I'd
look for a bgp neighbor on that box there that you could shutdown or disable
soft-reconfig on long enough to get the router back to a usable state and 
figure out what happened.
