[nsp] Sup720 Power Revisited

It's because the 2500W power supplies run at 1300W if only run on 110V...
They run at 2500W on 220V.

You also need to pay attention to 220V vs 110V lines.  If I remember 
correctly, I was told by our SE that with 110V cords, you need to run in 
tandem, but with 220V you can run redundant.  Perhaps Brad can confirm?
