[nsp] Windows Terminal & TFTP software favorites

for SSH/telnet needs in Windows, I have putty and cygwin.

(Cygwin is a free GNU *nix tools and X-window system for win32)

pumpkin is a popular tftp package. We use a centralized linux based tftp
server for all our routers's software config backups and upgrades.
