[nsp] Port storm control

Hi,

I'm looking for pointers regarding port storm control on Catalyst switches,
particularly the 3500XL and 2900 series. What are the chances of a single
host (server) connected to one of the ports, flooding the entire network
with unwanted multicast/unicast traffic? What are the instances where I
might want to enable port storm control? Is port storm control worth putting
on these switches (3500XL/2900)?
