[nsp] User Tracker replacement

OK, it's a known fact-  CiscoWorks 2k sucks.    I can do everything it does
with much simpler scripts *except* the correlation of hostnames to IP to MAC
to switch ports like in user tracker on a very large scale (thousands of
switch ports across hundreds of switches) basis..

Anyone know of anything?
