[nsp] Overruns on a 3548 switch

I'm seeing a lot of underun errors on the ports of a 3548 switch,
however it's
doing barely 100Mbits/s. CPU is sitting at around 50%, and it's running
a
pretty standard config.
IOS version on it is 12.0(5.4)WC(1).

Anyone seen this before and/or might know what the culprit is?

'show proc cpu' doesnt show too much except the following processes
above
1%:
