this is completely untrue  :)
12.2T is coming to an end as it is being rolled into 12.3 mainline
which will become a bugfix train.  so you will soon see 12.3T
for new feature development for the platforms that ship from a T
release.  but 12.2S is around and under aggressive development.  Each
train (T & S) serves different market segments and platforms, so they
will continue in parallel evolution.
