[nsp] Weird Error on Cat6k

Hello,

just wondering if anyone has ever seen the following error messages and knows
what they mean exactly. I cant find anything on TAC and nothing comes up from a
google search either. (Platform is Cat6k/SUP1A/12.1(13)E4)

Its curious that a couple minutes later a large peer flaps for the next 90 mins,
during which I see some more MLS LEN errors (never seen before, altho I
regularly see MLS TOO SHRT). This is on a public peering LAN and I note other
peers see sessions flapping with this neighbor at this time also suggesting this
is something originating from the peer not me.

TIA, Steve.
