if you are concerned re: the output rates, ie:

 
> Millennium>sh inter multilink 1
>   5 minute output rate 2153000 bits/sec, 200 packets/sec
			 ^^^^^^^
being twice the sum of :
      
> Millennium>sh int s9/0/2
>   5 minute output rate 614000 bits/sec, 116 packets/sec
			 ^^^^^^
and      

> Millennium>sh int s10/0
>   5 minute output rate 463000 bits/sec, 83 packets/sec
			 ^^^^^^

..then check the bandwidth statement on your Mu1 interface.  
we had a similar counter issue with c7200-p-mz.120-18.S.bin;  [the bandwidth statement was set to the sum of the circuits;  ie. e1+e1] which was corrected when the bandwidth statement on Mu1 was set to just 1xe1.
