[nsp] CBWFQ + 3640 + subinterfaces

Anyone know if there's an IOS for the 3640 that will do service policies 
(CBWFQ) on ATM subinterfaces?  I know 12.2S on the 7200 series can do 
this...but there is no S for the 3640.  Maybe one of the later 12.2[insert 
random letter] trains?
