[nsp] Power requirements for Sup720?

If you are going to install a Sup720 into an existing chassis, you need
to adhere to the following:

1.  A Fan Tray upgrade is needed to support the Sup720 and new DFC3
modules.  The part numbers for the new fan trays are found in the link
below (e.g. for the 6509, WS-C6K-9SLOT-FAN2).

2.  The new fan trays require 2500W Power Supplies.  So, if you don't
have atleast 2500W PS's, then you will have to upgrade them as well.

With configurator, you will not be allowed less that 2500W

FWIW, I was told by our rep that we had to upgrade our power supplies to
2500W if we went ahead with Sup720..
