[nsp] 3550 vs 3750

It's been about 5 weeks since I saw the presentation, but off the top of
my head I remember:

Jumbo Frames
Expensive Cisco-Only GBICs
Twice as expensive

For the most part, we decided to stick with 3550s for edge aggregation.
