I have a 2611 attached into a 3com Switch on the DMZ and the Internal NIC is dropping errors. I change the cable and still was dropping errors. I change the 2611 to a 3550 and stop the errors dramatically. However, I still have a lot of collisions.

3751383 packets input, 3323907267 bytes, 0 no buffer
     Received 17265 broadcasts, 234405 runts, 0 giants, 0 throttles
     234405 input errors, 0 CRC, 0 frame, 0 overrun, 0 ignored
     0 watchdog, 17203 multicast, 0 pause input
0 input packets with dribble condition detected
     2887948 packets output, 405334526 bytes, 4 underruns
0 output errors, 127447 collisions, 0 interface resets
     0 babbles, 0 late collision, 270133 deferred
0 lost carrier, 0 no carrier, 0 PAUSE output
4 output buffer failures, 0 output buffers swapped out

Is this because CISCO just do not like other brand os switches or I have a bad router? Any one have seen this before.
Thanks.
