We did this recently.  

IPv4 BGP, EIGRP, PIM-SM, MSDP.  IPv6 BGP, RIP.

12.2(14)S1.

"Just works".

("show bgp ipv6 su" truncates the IPv6 peer addresses, but that's a
cosmetic one.  The functionality is fine).
