[nsp] Smarts InCharge: real life experience?

Good day,

Does anybody here have Smarts InCharge installed and actively used in
production? I believe that at least Colt, Sprint, Verizon, BT, L3, Worldcom
and C&W have it installed - any comments from you guys? Of particular
interest is:

* Does it deliver what it claims to? If possible - in percents, taking
  marketing hype for 100%
* Did you have much problem with installing and integrating it?
* What's support quality and responsiveness like?
