[nsp] Cisco 3660 IP PLUS 12.2 Transcend memory problem

I recently upgraded our cisco 3660 wit 2x 128 MB Transcend RAM end
everything works ok with images from 12.1 train (IP PLUS images also)
But when I tried to upgrade to 12.2 IP PLUS image router won't boot. It
works normaly with 12.2 IP only images.
I tried all different images from 12.2 train, but with everyone I get some
different kinf of errors.
Anyone had similar problems with transcend RAM ?
