[nsp] Flash memory on router 3660

Hi all,
 
i have a router serie 3660 with 2x16 Mbyte flash and i'd like install a
verison IOS that requires abiut 20 Mbyte and when i download it in the
flash, i appear error because it's not possibile copy in the other
flash.
Can I partition the flash , but can I copy 20 Mb in 2 simm from 16 Mbyte
each?
