Very good question.  I've expected to see it in 12.2(15)T, but at
least the feature navigator refuses to show it.  If it's not there, the
timeline should have it in 12.3(early)T, but the feature navigator also
doesn't show it there...

Maybe someone should just test entering the command... :-)

(I have no 12.2(15)T or 12.3()T with an ATM interface around, so I can't
test)
