*SO* much fun with Cisco counters.

I actually thought they got the message eventually (since they fixed
lots of the more stupid counter problems in 12.0 and 12.0S).  But seems
I was wrong.

<rant>
I can kind of understand counter problems that appear only after a
couple of weeks with certain traffic patterns, but bugs like this
(certain types of interfaces missing counters altogether) really smell
of "lack of any sort of quality control".

It's really nothing new that ISPs's billing systems depend on working 
counters...
