[nsp] test - dont spam the list plz...

if you can send an email anywhere, (you did get confirmation msg from list
when you subscribed), then what purpose does it serve to spam
a mailing list. i see this frequently and its always my inclination to
send a msg to the list admin requesting the same action that mr. wietse
took.
