Use RADB's extended DB feature (Appendix B of
http://www.irrd.net/irrd-user.pdf). You can throw an AS-set an the server
(whois.radb.net) and get back a list of ASN. Then you open a new connection
to that server and throw all of the ASN at it while leaving the connection
all the time and get back a list of prefixes. Sort -u and aggregate
(http://software.freshmeat.net/projects/aggregate/) and you're done.
