Huh?

interface FastEthernet0/1
 ip address dhcp

Use the interface, not the IP for the outside address of your firewall
statements.

PIXen also support DHCP out of the box, and may be even easier to use in
this environment.

Been using it in the 12.2 T train.  It may even be older than that.
