[nsp] Problems with Half Bridge PVC in Access Routers

Hi

We have implemented Half Brigde PVC in our Access Routers, in order to
increase the capacity for access customers (using IRB, the limit is 255 by
router) over ATM, RFC-1483.

Sometimes, when we have provisioned customers, they have found some of
follows problems:
.- Can't send mail with files attached.
.- Their own Web Pages can't be access from Internet.

When we move this customers to IRB, the problems disappear.

Our platform is Cisco 7507, with IOS 12.0(25)S2, Service PRovider
