I managed to get around .8Mbps with software 3DES on a 2621.  I checked
with TAC just in case and they weren't surprised.

The only module that seems to be supported in a 2621 is the AIM-BP which
is rated at 10Mbps.  I've never used one for anything faster than a T1,
though, so I don't know if the rated throughput reflects reality.
