[nsp] show ip cache flow -- Same SrcIf and DstIf?

	Typically this is seen when there is a routing loop
for the destination IP address.

	eg: unused ip addresses that are within a larger aggregate that is
being announced and each router thinks the other is best-path.

	Likely there is not a full mesh of ibgp peers exchanging
internal routes.
