[nsp] NPE-G1- Good/Bad?

Great.  No problems whatsoever for us.

But you want to use 12.2S on it.  12.1E seems to be sucky.

I have no idea what a MC-16C is, but ours has a C7200-IO-FE in it, and
works well with it.
