[nsp] Ciscoworks CM Sync to RME Exception=java.lang.NumberFormatException

I'm getting a java error while attempting to sync the CM dbase
to RME or vice versa. Cisco told me upgrading to the latest version
would
probably fix the problem. Did that. Got all the latest IDU's and
patches to support Win2K SP4. Still can't get this thing to
sync the database. The error in the anisync log is

 Exception=java.lang.NumberFormatException

Anyone ever come across this?
