	you need to do "sh diag 4 detail"

	This will provide you with the backtrace of the slot crash.

	You are running quite old code 12.0(17)S which is vulnerable to
several different security vulnerabilities.  I *Strongly* suggest
you upgrade to the latest 12.0(17)S release, which is
12.0(17)S7.  The chances of it having the bugfix for your
linecard crash are quite high as well, since it is the 8th release
of the 12.0(17)S software.
