[nsp] Transport E1/T1 signal transparently over IP

You could use Asterisk (www.asterisk.org) to do TDM over Ethernet.
Depending on what you are wanting to be passed in that T1, you
could also use Asterisk's  IAX2 protocol and trunk the voice
channels.
