[nsp] Load balancing question

I'm looking into load balancing filter servers (transparently).  Does
anyone do this or know of a good way to do this?  Does not have to be
Ci$co.  I just have to get it done ASAP.  Looking for Lower Cost (if
Possible).  Maybe a layer 7 switch.  Anyone have something they would
suggest?
