[nsp] IOS 12.3(1a) en PA-MC-STM1-SMI

Hello all,

at the moment I've got a problem with a channelized STM-1 card in a cisco
7206VXR. The IOS does recognize the card but puts it to "disabled
deactivated powered off"..... 
I've checked on CCO and this router/NPE and PA are a valid combination. Als
the cisco bug navigator does not reveal any known bugs, which of course does
not say a lot... :-)
The PA came from a VIP4-80 where it has been working w/o any problems for a
couple of weeks with customers on it.

Did anyone see this before or does anyone have experience with 12.3 not
enabling or recognizing hardware?
