There could be at least to possible solutions:
1. Write simple Perl/TCL/etc script, which opens telnet session to one of
the public route servers and using simple chat script check result of
'sh ip bgp prefix'
2. RIPE NCC project myASn (http://www.ris.ripe.net/cgi-bin/myas/index.cgi)
