[nsp] IPSEC Error on Cat6500 MSFC

Hi all,

I am getting an IPSEC error on my msfc running Version 12.1(8b)E14, when
there is no IPSEC configuration on it.

%CRYPTO-6-IKMP_MODE_FAILURE: Processing of Main mode
failed with peer at 4.47.72.244
Sep  7 00:06:24 router1.domain.com 1066: Sep  7 00:06:23:
%CRYPTO-4-IKMP_NO_SA: IKE message from 4.47.72.244
has no SA and is not an initialization offer

Does anyone knows where does this error message comes from, and what is
causing this error?

Any advise is appreciated.
