[nsp] 6509 Logging

I have our 6509 logging some ACL violations to a syslog server but it also
displays it to the console when I telnet in.  This makes it nearly
impossible to work on the box.  Is there a way to set the logging up so it
goes to the syslog server but does not get displayed on the screen when you
telnet in?
