[nsp] vty cpu use limiting?

Hi,

I am thinking about placing this huge prefix-list (over thousand lines long) on a cisco router that's doing quite a lot of traffic with bgp running..

I am sort of afraid this might impact the routing  when I paste the entire prefix-list b/c of possibly too 
much cpu interrupt the vty terminal may cause... 

Is this even true? Should I be worrying about it? If so, is there a way to limit the cpu usage for vty?
