[nsp] PA-1GE=: Packet discard

Hello folks,
	I have a 7204VXR (NPE400 - 256MB) with a C7200-I/O-GE+E and a
PA-1GE=. I'm using both GE and both interfaces are handling more than
180Mbps (in/out). The problem I have is that the PA-1GE= drops a lot of
packets and have a lot of ignored and overruns (which cause a heavily
latency on my network) but the GE (on the I/O) is Ok !.
I was checking the configuration of both interfaces and the unique
difference that I found was the flow control settings.

The if which drops packets:

GigabitEthernet2/0 is up, line protocol is up
  Hardware is WISEMAN
MTU 1500 bytes, BW 1000000 Kbit, DLY 10 usec,
     reliability 255/255, txload 39/255, rxload 45/255
  Encapsulation ARPA, loopback not set
  Keepalive set (10 sec)
Full-duplex mode, link type is autonegotiation, media type is SX
output flow-control is on, input flow-control is unsupported
  5 minute input rate 176652000 bits/sec, 57516 packets/sec
  5 minute output rate 154467000 bits/sec, 42975 packets/sec
!
The if which doesn't drop packets:

GigabitEthernet0/0 is up, line protocol is up
  Hardware is i82543 (Livengood)
MTU 1500 bytes, BW 1000000 Kbit, DLY 10 usec,
     reliability 255/255, txload 45/255, rxload 39/255
  Encapsulation ARPA, loopback not set
  Keepalive set (10 sec)
Full-duplex mode, link type is autonegotiation, media type is SX
output flow-control is off, input flow-control is off
  5 minute input rate 154216000 bits/sec, 42761 packets/sec
  5 minute output rate 176668000 bits/sec, 57372 packets/sec

Anyone have any idea of which is the most recommended settings for GE
interfaces (in general)? What about the flow control?

Thanks a lot !

Regards,
Alejandro.
