[nsp] Buffer problem on 6509 12.1(11b) w/BGP

Hi all

We are also running 6506/9 native IOS with Cisco Internetwork Operating System Software
IOS (tm) c6sup2_rp Software (c6sup2_rp-PK2SV-M), Version 12.1(19)E1, EARLY DEPLOYMENT RELEASE
SOFTWARE (fc2)
and it is fine...

This also has a SUP1A-2GE and PFC card also.
This is used as an multilayer L2/L3 Router/Switch to connect customers to the internet.
