[nsp] Anyone know what this bug is (Cat6k/MSFC-SUP1A)

Hi Wilson,

May i know what did the TAC said about the bug? Does it only applies to Cat6 
Native mode?

I am currently using hybrid mode, and considering to upgrade the msfc IOS to 
12.1(19)E1.

Any advise?
